Our insurance is available through various financial institutions in Louisiana at the time of loan closing. HistoryWe are a wholly owned subsidiary of Mansura Bancshares, Inc. and have been in operation in Louisiana since 1997. Mansura Bancshares has several different subsidiaries, including Cottonport Bank, which has over $330 million in assets. Eagle American Life’s Home Office is in Marksville, Louisiana. Prior to 1997, Eagle American Life was a subsidiary of an Alabama insurance company for many years. Until recently, Eagle American has solely served The Cottonport Bank. In early 2006, we began providing service to other financial institutions in the state of Louisiana. We are one of the few Louisiana-based credit insurers left in the state. We understand the individual needs of our neighbors and go out of our way to ensure that our customers have access to the most unique credit insurance products and services in the state. |
